as you know I am jazzee and been on brb for 3 Seasons now.

What is mentoring?
Menotring is a program to get the new arrivels in the know and to get them to know what happens on the site and to progress and to get them on the offsite.

How can I become a mentor

Hey would it be possible to get a mentor? I seem to understand the basics but I have no idea when to upgrade staff to level 2 and who to upgrade first be it youth or senior and then whether its scout, manager, trainer etc?
