what to train Empty what to train

i have a player who i think could be worth training more. I have given him 5 slots so far but now want to give him 10.

    Kieran Finnevar
    17 years old | 16,545 CSR (+511) | $4,343 p/w | 173cm | 131kg | Ireland
    Stamina: Decent Handling: Limited
    Attack: Horrible Defense: Reputable
    Technique: Reputable Strength: Reputable
    Jumping: Average Speed: Moderate
    Agility: Moderate Kicking: Limited

What should i train him on? I have 10 defence slots and 2 attack slots spare. Have a level1 stamina coach also
I was going to put him on just strength, defence and technique to make them really stand out. Is this a wise move?

He could be prop or hooker as attack seems to low to train for flanker.

    If Prop I would train him 2 x strength, 2 x technique, 2 x defence, 2 x stamina & 2 handling.

If hooker I would try and spare an additional attack slot to put 3 x handling and drop 1 stamina for that extra attack slot.

And once his key skills have popped a few times you can then spread training round to his lesser skills like attack.

The situation with your debt has become dire. With only one week left to get back above your debt limit, you may want to consider selling off some assets and players, or reducing staff numbers. You need to have a bank balance above your debt limit (-200,000) on Monday morning at 9:00am exactly one week from the date of this message.

If you fail to get your club back above your debt limit, you will be forced to resign as club manager, and give up ownership of your team.
