In a bit of a question asking mood today, and my mind wanders to team training. Now I know there are diminished returns on multiple sessions on the same thing for individuals, and I presume its the same for team training, I was just wondering do any players here double up (or more) on certain things in team training, or always spread it out.
My question more falls on the fact that I have never gone through the hiring process for high level stamina coaches (and not financially inclined to do so). So I'm wondering is it worth double up team sessions on stamina, and would that go some way to compensating for the lack of a specific stamina coach, or would it just be a wasted skill session?
