can someone confirm if the players get full effect of training if they are injured?

"If a player receives an injury which lasts beyond the end of a match, that player will be automatically removed from any future lineups, but not from the default lineup, lineups for Thursday friendlies, or training. The replacement player who will be newly placed in the affected lineups is picked based on the set lineup replacements for the match in which the player was injured. If the default lineup is used for a match, and an injured player is present, that player will be automatically replaced before kick-off. Injured players can still receive the full benefit from weekly training."
