Lvl 5 facilities decision

Now I have a shit team but lots of money, I have been contemplating whether to upgrade to lvl 5 training facilities and lvl 5 staff. But cos of the 500k cost of opening up a lvl 5 facility and the cost of hiring lvl 5 staff(no idea how much a lvl 5 staff will cost, but have a feeling they will cost 200k), this may slow me down from buying players and building up my squad back up.

Wot do I do guys? Upgrade or hire more lvl 4 staff?

The costs of L5 will be reduced greatly as of Season 11 so you may as well go for it:

Reduced training facilities maintenance costs
Level 1 = $5,000 p/w
Level 2 = $10,000 p/w
Level 3 = $20,000 p/w
Level 4 = $40,000 p/w
Level 5 = $80,000 p/w

It not just the maintenance cost, Its the 500k to construct the facility and 150k each to hire an attack, defense and stamina trainer. That is just under 1m it cost, which I could spend on players instead.

I want to know if lvl 5 facilities is worth it. If my players gain lot more training from it then I could be persuaded to upgrade

If I was in your place I would build the lvl 5 and upgrade your coaches, I know you have just sold your team but the facility would be better in the long term for you, and depending on the csr of the player you train the increase could be on 10 slots anywhere from 1000k - 2000k+ per week and just off team training they could increase by 400+ so your weaker players would soon catch up.

Ok you persuaded me. Two players I be training would be U'20 prospects so the welsh squad and mine would benefit greatly. My lvl 4 facility won't open until Jan 16th, so I will upgrade then. 10 weeks wait for the lvl 5 facilities and staff to arrive, so we looking towards the end of the season. Should make more than my money back then
