Turnovers

No matter who I play(even bots) my team seems to concede a hell of a lot of turnovers. I probably average around 4 a game with around 15 conceded. Any ideas how I improve on this? My flankers have tech of 10/11, which doesn't seem too bad for div3 and my 8s both have tech of 10.
My backs all have tech around the 4-5 mark, would this be the reason?

yes, have a few naughty forwards so have been trying to keep the penatly count down.

Anyone gone aggressive on a regular basis to see what effects that has on turnovers?

yes, it makes a big difference, but the down side is you give away a lot of penalties. I wuld generally say, check the other team first. If they have a good kicker, think twice about playing aggressively.

I never play by the book ....

I intend to sell all my poorly disciplined players in the next few weeks, that should allow me to play aggressively.
With yellow/red cards constantly being talked about, i'd rather sort this out now as I imagine the value of poor disciplined players will drop sharply when cards are introduced.

Thats on my "To do list", i.e sell rebellious and reckless players.

I've got rid of all rebellious (I think), but some of my better players are reckless, although dont seem to give away a disproportionate amount of penalties. Depends on the position they play I suppose, and the level of experience.

yeh, thats true. You dont want a backrow or props with discipline issues. The refs whistle would deafen you
