Season 13 WASC

Next season (and future seasons!) will be a league format. Probably 2 divisions depending on number of teams, possibly 3 if we get enough. Each team will play each other once with a promotion/relegation at the end of each season. The 1st season will be based on current ranking as at week 15 of this season (giving us a week to sort out the admin of the league)

Please don't enter any other Monday comps in BR if you are entering this one! The last couple of weeks of a season will remain available for inter-nation comps that frequently get arranged.

Oh, don't forget if we decide to do a league then we need people to commit for more than just "next season" since it will involve promotion/relegation - we need long term commitment

7 so far....Will keep this thread open as an application thread until later in the season - week 12ish. Then we can close and start devising the league by ranking points. If we get enough maybe we could even do it by region or something too.
