Both, providing you have the right coaches to go with the facility. For example it will be a bit pointless to have a level 5 facility and only level 2 coaches

Cheers for that, wasn't quite sure as the documentation in the game is a little vague on it. Should have level 3 by the end of the season, hopefully take on some trainees!
