Player Performance

Ok this is probably a silly question, looking at the stats after the match, certain players played better than expected and other as expected. What does this mean in the long term as the manager software programme suggests some of these players play in a different position?

Does this make any sense?

better/worse/as epected isnt relevant particularly in position finding, it jsut shows if they played to their potential

the cross or tick is the one that you should look at. a cross means the player was not suited best to this position, a tick means he was.

Try not to use the position indicator on these management tools. They often throw out the wrong positions for players. Its far better to ask on here what position they should be playing.
